    Hello from France ! This recipe looks very good, but the original one is much simplier. You modified it so much that technicaly I wouldn't call it a "french" onion soup. some stuff are just unbelivable (fish and soy sauce,wtf !), some are strange (not sure about that sherry, also : olive oil in a french onion soup lol. Hey, that's France baby, bring the motherfucking butter :D !). But like I said, it looks delicious. As a french, I just wanted to tell how we would react to the recipee (so don't take this onion soup as a reference, you would be surprised, and maybe disapointed when trying the "real" one in France), no offense intended.

    I didn't have the ceramic rammikin, so I just used an all metal sauce pot and topped with bread and cheese....throw in oven....once it got lil brown, I added more butter on top Simple dish Onions Stock Bread Cheese Wine Mmmmm
