Teofimo Lopez just accomplished a feat many deemed impossible. Vasyl Lomachenko is arguably one of the most brilliant boxers. His Anatoly Lomachenko clearly possessed a vision and genius beyond our current time which inturn lead Loma to school much of an era. He didn't just school his opponents he embarrassed them, he made them look like they didn't even belong there. Imagine spending your whole life boxing only to quit because you just don't know what's happening, you don't know how to deal with what is happening to you? That's what Lomachenko did to his opponents, yet herel; Teofimo appeared to figured something out... What was it? How did he stop the genius and "higher technique" of Vasyl Lomachenko? Thank you for joining me on this breakdown as we take a closer glance.

How Teofimo Did The Impossible Vs Lomachenko
1 817 Áhorf 186 þ.
I agree with your analysis 100%... Lomachenko lost because Teofimo stifled his game plan, Teofimo did not allow Lomachenko to execute... In fact, because of that strategy that Teofimo implemented perfectly, he made Lomachenko look average... Amazing performance by Teofimo!!!! Thanks for another great video!!!
beautiful commentary man
Boring fuckn video, copying other videos , no live
It was that right hand that he throws automatically to his left whether he sees loma or not because he studied loma loma tries to go to his outside towards the left all the time so teofimo throws it all the time, mcgregor utilized the same thing with his hands he touches the neck of the opponent he uses his hands as his eyes then throws power left even without seeing the opponent
The best break down respect ✊🏼
Why'd they make loma taller than lopez in pic? It's incorrect.. lopez was obviously bigger when they fought.
If Lomachenko had a different mindset he might have won. He was hesitant to engage till it was too late to outscore Lopez. Lomachenko didn't want to have to go through the fire to beat Lopez.
Loma will beat him in a rematch teo did good but loma did his worse and still made it a close fight
Lomachenko should have taken a tune-up fight before fighting Teofimo. He was off for too long and it showed. He ran for most of the fight before he got his bearings really straight.
I dont think someone has to explain. Its clear Loma is injured not at full strength
Finally!! A video that tells it how it is. He was outclassed from the beginning bell to the last bell. Loma literally did nothing for 7 Rounds. He couldn’t!!! And he also felt Teo’s power early and knew he HAD TO get on his bike and HOPE that Teo tired out. I understand that that may be a ‘strategy’, but in a Title fight you gotta do more than win 4 rounds. I saw this fight three times from beginning to end. If Loma won 4 Rounds convincingly, that was a lot. And he got tagged badly the last round. I’ve always said that Loma was overhyped. It’s kind of funny to watch. A fighter of European decent only has to be slightly above average to be considered a star. They called him the #1 Pound for pound fighter in the world!!! Lmaooooooo. NEVER in a million years should he have that title. No way. With his resume in the pros here in the US, he’d be an undercard in a PPV event AT MOST if he was a Boxer of color. 😂 They need to cut that out. I literally watched the unofficial score card give a Round, I believe it was 2, to Loma although he only threw like 11 punches. 😂😂😂 It’s hilarious. He was outclassed and only won 9-10-11. And the ninth round is iffy.
Lomo just didn't look himself that night, but I really really dig the breakdown of this video! It makes a lot of sense! Just like how the stupid ball earth has so much Lomo behind it but the FE side is just simple observation and easy math. What a lie it all is! Keep it simple like Lopez! For the record, my heart was broken that night! I Love Lomachenko and Usyk!
Loma no es rival para Canelo, el ateo sí.
Lets keep it simple, Old Lion vs Young Lion.
Good for Loma he ducked Packman. Manny would have obliterated Loma putting a halt to his career.
Teo just broke the Matrix
Loma is a great, he is fighting 2/3 weights above his natural weight. Put lopez in with crawford or Spence and see who wins. Lopez is a great fighter but power was the key to this fight
He did not it was a Draw
Well since all this was for the sake of promoting of the fight, why are you guys taking this too serious? Tell you something, the reputation that Loma has is just beyond what you can think of. He has been doing the magician's job since he started his pro career or at lest we have seen. That reputation overshadows him fighting close fight with someone like Lopez, even his die-heart fans don't get satisfied his close fight because the dude has been showing the world better show than ever and people got used to it easily and expect the same thing over and over again, but the reality is that in every boxers career there is ups and downs always. Loma had done enough to secure the win, it was all up to judges, but as always judges did their part. They favored the younger, the one who has more future, the one who hasn't got loss in his record, and considered to be next ppv king guy. The ones who really understand boxing realize this trick, what we think we believe, fight looked close, Lopez seemed more active even though not much accuracy and finally judges gave the win and all these combined make people really believe the result, but after all the reality is different in every person
Something else was off though. Loma didn't look like his usual self, even when he did have the superior position and angle in the later rounds. His speed and accuracy wasn't there.
It was. Watch the slow motion r er plays. Loma picked teo apart.
I'm sure in a rematch..Loma would humiliate Lopez.. (just like he allway's does with his opponents..)..Loma was more than 1 year out of competition...(and fought with a shoulder injury..)that's the only reason of his off-day... he wasn't in his normal and healthy shape.. but wait and see the rematch soon, can't wait allready..ha :)
Thanks to the judges he did it.
Yeah he did the impossible that he couldn't knock loma out and became a fake champion
Loma.s program was not up loaded properly -------- and the judges had a glitch in the brains and eyes
I wouldn't call it impossible, anybody who saw Lopez fight would know it wasn't gonna be easy for Loma.
I don’t think lopez was better, loma was just off his game. I’ve never seen loma fight so conservative and scary.
que chido que supo defenderse teofimo aun que fuera solo por cuidar el cinturon pero si hubiera sido mejor un estilo agresivo. Eso hizo la pelea de hueva, pero al cesar lo que es del cesar. Box♡
it's just coffee coaches lolol analyzes after analyzes, but the analyzes are done before the fighting and that's what I would like to see if you can really design a lololol plan or strategy
@Micheal Harrison puncher chance hu? I wonder why Loma let a flat footed squared fighter keep him at bay. Why wasn't his late push enough to make Lopez collapse? Why wasn't Lopez star struck? Hu? Why Lopez ain't take 1.5M to fight Loma? He let everyone know. The science has sent yet another to remind us that not one quality in the ring will hold against an opponent that believes in himself the way Lopez believed he could beat Loma. For crying out loud. Lopez fought flat-footed most of the fight. I like how the maker if this video explained how a simple answer solves the most complicated problem. Now how do you solve the Lopez puzzle 🤔 you keep him from Al Hayman and Floyd Mayweather. Lopez will fight Canelo you know. Bob Aron is a bxing star black ⚫ ✨ Lopez has to get out of there.
Can I please get a rematch tho?
Great content but I disagree w your stance on Loma not having any exceptional physical abilities. He’s the fastest boxer today, has the best footwork/angles of the last 2 decades, and has a ring IQ that is unmatched. He was simply outsmarted by a young, confident and gifted fighter in Lopez.
Any real fighter would know that body shots will kill loma
bs, teofimo didn't score enough to win the fight ...
Lol, everyone that knows boxing knew it’s a wrap for loma! Loma is good but small and can’t fight backward
Took way to long to switch on don’t do that against of bigger man and also younger
Lopez used the perfect gameplan and stuck to it to put on a great performance. That being said listen to Tyson Fury's words: "He's a heavyweight at 125." Not sure what kind of rehydration standard there was for the fight but even his dad said he outgrew the weight class long ago. Either way take nothing away for Lopez, he won fair and square but size (and knowing how to use that size) was deciding factor in this fight.
How? corruption, watch the replay, Loma won clearly, not even close baby. there is a slow motion breakdown of every hit where we can see Loma completely outskilled Lopez so what are you talking about? what we see is typical americano corruption as usual. The funny thing is that it wasnt even close, Lopez barely landed anything
GREAT VIDEO...👏👏👏....
He conceived, believed and then achieved
Nonsense. He took 7 rounds off against a fighter who is for real and still kept it close. He deserved to lose but the rematch he will destroy Lopez.
Loma don't know how to counter punch the counter puncher, scared to be hit, he should fight the small and slow fighter.
Can’t believe this was a month ago already
these are the major reasons as to why Lopez beat Loma Sheer physicality- size, reach, power all favored Lopez which allowed him to execute his gameplan which is the next point Better gameplan- Lopez had Loma figured out, he used his arm to push back Loma when he tried to come in & footwork to turn around at the same angle which Loma tried to take, effectively stripping Loma's angles so he could not catch him by surprise. then the jab & body work won him the fight. Loma figured out Lopez timing and strategy and countered that mid fight by aggressively pushing back Lopez and throwing combinations which disrupted Lopez. But by that time he had already lost. Would love a rematch 4 sure.
The match was even and should of been a draw but the fix was in.
honestly if there will ever be a rematch i dont see teofimo winning again... he got his rhythm too late, teofimo was some rounds ahead already and couldnt come back. teofimo a grinder, props to him, but i dont think he the better boxer
Yello, you da man
Loma shouldn’t have started so slow, it was a great fight but Teo didn’t really beat him in my book... he won the fight but didn’t beat Loma. This is why Crawford has always been a high p4p fighter. Even in the early rounds pre-stance switch up Crawford wins rounds
Teofimo shows the sophistication in simplicity. He was just absolutely proficient and knew how to stifle Lomachenko's attempts while placing himself at the advantage.
i think strenght and speed just won over footwork and speed.... that loma is the better schooled boxer , we knew already
This the most horribly scored boxing match I've ever seen. This fight was very clearly a 6-6 draw. And only because Loma took off rounds 1-5. Clearly a huge skill advantage toward Loma. The rematch will do massive business. Unless Lopez runs scared bc he knows he was GIFTED the first fight.
Loma is very good but will be 33 in a few months so he may be losing that edge. This happens to the best of boxers. Also those lower weight classes are brimming with talent and apart from Teofimo there is Ryan Garcia (SF), Gervonta Davis (SF), Devin Haney (LW), Inoue (BW). A few different weight classes but they could meet.
Impossible lol realy. That hype as gone now . Move on
"Simplicity is the key to brilliance." - Bruce Lee
Stopping a genius through simplicity isn't it genius?
I know how to say it now. I trade forex. Your video has philosophy that can be transferred to other objectives.
Mesmerizing video. The music and your narration top three boxing videos I've seen.
lopez fights like danny jacobs . he has a decent power but vs lomachenko was very very lucky . he land much less punches but he looked much more busy.
he did the impossible that is winning a fight by connecting half of the opponent punches.
play at 1.25 speed
ispulse.info/video/zpvJqo-AqZ-Iom8.html
simplicity is the true genius
It wasn’t impossible lomachenko was just overrated and overhyped
Teofimo Lopez pulls the upset of the year, and people are talking about the Davis cherry pick of Santa Cruz as if it was ever a doubt as to how it was going to end?
Teofimo is a throwback to boxers that backed up their talk. He has style and an aura of confidence that permeates through him when he is doing an interview or in the ring. He’s part Pernell Whitaker (RIP) part Zab Judah part Sugar Ray
Is it wrong to like both boxers?
LMFBAO! WELL! WELL! WELL!
hands down vs hands up. . .
6 raund series?????
Really don’t follow boxing like that but they were playing Teofimo fights all week before the fight at the gym and I had a feeling he was going to upset everyone
15 months with out fights turns to rust.
No man make a video of the punch count of lllllaaaannnnnddddeddd punches
Please if u wanna see the real robbery..SUSCRIBE TO FIGHT FILM
Make a video about robber...in 11 round loma hit him with a body shot up against ropes an reff steped in
Look face winner after fighting😂
lopez wont last and a rematch would destroy him
I had it at a draw but another watch gives it to Lopez because of his early round success in cutting off those angles and landing body shots.
Lopez did amazingly early on cutting off Loma's angles and outside movement almost instantaneously.
For fucks sakes this guys voice put me to sleep after I just took preworkout
Good break down but lomas definitely has some special qualities like speed, footwork and iq dont say its all his dad
I think if there is another rematch soon, the story will be different. This is the only Loma started in late rounds. Mark my words. Look Jorge Linares, Luke Campbell, Guillermo Rigondeaux, and Anthony Crolla those are tough opponents than Tefimo! At this stage we give respect and credit to Tefimo but this fight was not a clear dominance rather a kind of close fight! Until people will keep on making their analysis. Oncer Loma shows up again there will be a new analysis!
I've watched the fight back a couple of times. I believe the fight is a draw - agreed with Andre Ward, giving Loma rounds 2,7,8,9,10 &11. Teo won rounds 1,3,4,5,6 & 12. I think Loma's work was crisper and cleaner, but too sporadic, and simply not productive enough; while Teo was stronger and more dominant & controlling the action, and I think in every round that I gave Loma, Teo fought back and reasserted himself whereas the rounds that Teo won Loma was nonexistent, except the 12th. Teo deserved the win because he fought "greater than himself" or above expectations (of course many will point out that this underestimates Teo, and that is true) and Loma was the reverse, underperformed - although arguably Teo's strengths caused that. I thought Loma's defense was great, and most of Teo's punches missed, fell short or were blocked - but those that landed and those that were blocked were still heavy and counted as effective aggression, & caused Loma to respect him; but at the same time you have to give credit to Loma's defense. Teo was in command more of the fight. The fighter that was hurt the most was Teo - he was briefly close to being knocked out - by being swarmed - in the 11th - but give credit where due - he rallied back and stopped Lomas assault. All in all I was disappointed in Loma's excessively late start and failure to realize he had to step up to a higher level of activity and pressure than he anticipated. he failed to make the adjustment - whereas Teo did - with the effective pushing off to control the pocket; and effectively going to the body when Loma started to turn it on. I regret the judges cards.
This is an easy 8 rounds to 4 for Teo. Loma landed 5 total punches in round 2. Round 2 goes to Teo. Loma landed 6 total punches in round 7. Round 7 goes to Teo. Loma had lost this fight by the 8th round and was getting obliterated in the 12th. The only one close to falling in this fight was Loma in the 12th as Teo made it rain power punch after power punch and Loma couldn’t land jack shit in comparison
Thats the only fight loma impressed me in honestly I think lopez only won by a point or 2 not 109 119 like what? Lol my thing is this, Loma was hurting lopez backing him up in a few rounds and lopez on the other hand couldn't do the same loma was making it hard even tho teo is a technician with the body blows they didn't do much if they did u can't tell loma still had his speed.. I hated lomachenko but now I have more respect, he shouldn't have waited so long to throw punches.
Boxing is so bad at promoting itself
Loma was matched aggainst naturally bigger guy, who is supperb athlete, has excellent boxing skills and is no pushover. What is supprising is how many people are supprised that he lost. When you are pushing your limits the way Loma is, its only natural to go beyond at some point and lose. In the end, he is still "only human".
ok lets cut the shit...when is floyd gonna weasel his way into this?!? am i right fellas?!
Was only a matter of time before the answer to a simple puzzle came. Lesson is to think outside the box
Look at teofimo nose , that’s a true boxers nose aint nun beatin that lol
I just disagree with the massive difference in judges score cards it was alot closer than they said it was but yes Loma couldn't get the rythem in the 1st 4 rounds to be honest and didn't throw enough. Lopez played it smart and stopped him doing his thing both very fast and looked like Loma was on the avoid / defensive then when Loma went more aggressive in the later rounds is when he gave Lopez a tough time. Both extremely fast and skilled. Just think it was closer than the judges made out
Not to take anything away from Teofimo, as he's the new Superstar in boxing in my book, LOMA is simply an overrated boxer from the get go. Let's revisit his resume, who did he beat to be considered one of the best P4P ??? Yes, he is fast, and yes he's got the footsteps......BUT, you need punching power to make your speed and dancing prowess work for you, and this is where he failed on his 2 losses. And here's my prediction in Part II, Teofimo will knock him out, unless of course he reverts back to "dancing around", and then it will be unanimous decision once again.......
Solido gave everyone the blueprint on how to beat him , people just refused to give him the credit . Pressure breaks pipes and as long as you keep coming forward you break down even skilled fighters
I like your videos but this one left me a little confused. You shown clips of the fight with no clean punches landing on Loma. In fact I only seen punches landing on his gloves all night long. In a fight where not much happens in the way of clean punches landing, I seen Lopez get his face punched more than his opponent. Listening to the commentary saying, a beautiful uppercut/right hant etc by Lopez led me to rewind and search for these phantom punches but I didn't see them. However, I didn't see any fighter win the fight and as a fan of boxing rather than boxer. I called it a draw or loma win due to him landing cleaner noticeable shots.
How is beating him the impossible when he’s already been beaten by Salido who isn’t even that good and he’s had trouble with plenty of other fighters. He’s got a 14-2 record you and people are acting like he’s some kind of legend. Loma loses to Devin Haney and Tank Davis too.
Not sure about Tank but Haney definitely beats him.
The secret to beating Loma is Loma not fighting back
This fight is a great example of how boxing is like a chess match. It's more than just throwing punches.
just too big power weight difference pacquiao is the only one that can do that pacquiaos power can hurt big guys and pacquiaos footwork is good for big guys loma style is not in and out he would like to exchange when the fighter is close but lopez would just push him and just throws a strong punch that stops loma
The bigger, younger and better man won on the nite of 10/17.
Loma is getting older it happens.
cap bruh conor is a way bigger featherweight
Lopez father did a good job and chess was played masterfully. Lopez check mated Lomanchenkos game book.
Lopez vs Lomachenko Mayweather vs pacquiao same type of fight same out come I won on both fights BIG LOPEZ,BIG MAYWEATHER
Wow Loma is not a great boxer just a good one he's way over hyped I now call him the bye bye guy lopez made loma look just like Mayweather made pacquiao look. A BUM
