    Breakfast is only important because it starts up your metabolism. In addition, eating breakfast makes you less likely to eat more than what your supposed to later. So id say it is pretty important. Of course eating a healthy breakfast is important over just eating the high sugar crap marketed to us as "breakfast" and "heart healthy."

    Eating is made such a big deal. Just eat stuff you think is oke, and then more or less when you're too fat or too skinny. We have such a vast veriety of food available nowadays. Our ancestors survived on potatoes and cabbage and they reproduced, so why would we stress out. Just use common sense

      Nah........ 1. Detox drinks works by giving the body the nutrion it needs to get rid of toxins better, personally I wouldn't reccomend it because it's processed in a unnatural way and has to much sugar. 2. While keto regulates appetite it's not the reason why you lose a lot of weight. You lose weight on keto because the body gets rid of excess fat when you stop consuming the things that makes you fat (carbs) and triglycerides actually helps the body get rid of excess fat faster. Body only stores excess calories from carbs and that is because it's forced when you consume unnatural quantities of it (which isn't that hard), it doesn't happen with fat and neither with protein.

    Carnivore is technically more sustainable than veganism. You can get all essential macro and micronutrients from animal foods, where as you can't from pure plants (ie. You can technically get them but your body can't use them because of anti-nutrients and low bioavailability) You can't eat a vegan diet without supplementation and be in good physical health over a span of 5 or so years. You can do that on carnivore, only issue is that you might have a less comfortable shit due to the low fiber.

      @laia ah supplements have their own issues. They don't absorb the same way food based nutrient do. You end up getting the nutrients in spikes rather than as a smooth stable release, which can be harmful. Furthermore, some things simply can't be supplemented veganly, Heme-iron for example can only be found in animals and to get the same effect from non-heme iron you need to eat 7-12x as much because non-heme iron is not very bioavailable. Which is why vegans are almost always iron deficient. As for the ecological sustainability. For one thing, that's not relevant towards the pure optimal health of the body. For another, give it 100 years and all agriculture (animal and plant) will be moved into orbital habitats anyway. That shit is a waste of space and very soon, growing it in space will become viable. And in space, it won't have the same ecological impact it has now. Not to mention the fact that lab grown meat is on the verge of hitting the market Lastly, I didn't say everyone on earth should be eating a carnivorous diet. I said a carnivorous diet is healthier and more sustainable than a vegan diet. Humans are omnivores, going to one extreme or the other is not optimal. Ideally you should be eating somewhere between 40-80% of your calories from animals and the rest from high fiber plants. Going vegan will cause micronutrients deficiencies and anemia, going carnivore will usually cause an inconsistent stool. Only a mix between the two allows for optimal bodily function.
